Prestige Architects is a boutique architectural practice in Chelsea, London specialising in bespoke, prime and uber-prime residential projects.
Working primarily within the golden postcodes of Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, we help our clients to visualise, reimagine and realise the full potential of their properties.
Providing a comprehensive architectural service to high-net worth individuals and their families, we unite a portfolio of interior designers, planning officials, project managers and property professionals to create aspirational residential homes.
At Prestige we manage every aspect of a project or build, from initial brief through planning and design to completion. If you’re unsure of the potential scope for renovation and reconfiguration of a property, we can also advise you prior to purchase.

Our story began in 2009, when, having carved out a niche within the prime/uber prime residential market as a senior associate, respected architect Marco Braghiroli decided it was time to branch out and open his own practice in 2015.
Prestige Architects has gone from strength to strength thanks to Marco’s eye for the highest quality materials, flawless design and meticulous coordination of teams. His passion and expertise for private residential design attracts many clients at the top end of the market – those who value discretion, trust, expertise.
Prestige Architects has been instrumental in the creation of numerous private London residences, as well as homes afield in some of the world’s most desirable locations.
In part due to its location, the company has positioned itself as an authority on listed properties renovations, including notoriously complicated Grade II * buildings. The dedicated in-house team, in conjunction with a strong team of consultants, built over the years has given rise to an astonishing success rate in negotiating and passing challenging planning applications.
