Feasibility study
In 2016 we were appointed to completely review and develop a feasibility study for a new traditional country home based on previous design approach.
The brief was to demolish the existing building and design a brand new 1,100 sqm country home with a swimming pool and six bedrooms in conjunction with refurbishing an existing 130 sqm cottage and a 70sqm Grade II* coach house.
The new design was created with the intention of fulfilling our client’s desires and requirements for this special home. A new internal layout was developed and the addition of a side extension with infinity pool over the existing pond.
