We at Prestige Architects are currently in the process of refurbishing a single-family dwelling in the heart of St. James, facing the Park.
The Grade II listed property currently spans over seven storeys, and this project entails of renovations to most of them, along with an extension to the basement where a pool will be installed, and a mansard extension to bring the building to an overall nine storeys.
The basement extension will add a distinctive level of luxury and well-being to the living experience of property, alongside a full refurbishment and a new home office level in the mansard, fulfilling the current living requirements.
