The brief was to transform an original 2-bedroom house of 167 sqm into a 240 sqm, 3-bedroom family home, including staff accommodation.

To achieve the brief, the design required a complete structural reconfiguration, including a mansard extension.
A key element was incorporating part of the front paving into the lower ground floor by creating a front lightwell with new access.
Maximizing space was the primary design goal, and the creation of an organically shaped staircase was critical in connecting the different areas of the home.
The design layout includes:
- Lower ground floor: family space and staff accommodation
- Ground floor: entertainment space
- First floor: two bedrooms, each with an ensuite
- Top floor: master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe
