Yaiza Ramiro Pallardó
Yaiza is a Senior Associate Architect and Head of Operations at Prestige Architects.
Originally trained as an industrial design engineer before qualifying as an architect, Yaiza later completed an MBA in Architectural Management, further strengthening her expertise in the strategic and operational aspects of architectural practice.
With more than a decade of experience in high-end residential architecture, Yaiza has worked on a wide range of prime residential projects across London since 2014. Her background combines technical rigour with a refined architectural sensibility, allowing her to approach projects with both precision and a deep understanding of design and construction.
Since joining Prestige Architects, Yaiza has taken a leading role in shaping the practice’s operations and continued growth. She oversees the management and delivery of all projects across the studio, while also co-directing business development and the day-to-day running of the practice. Her ability to balance strategic leadership with close attention to detail has made her instrumental in maintaining the studio’s high standards and reputation.
Recognised for her organisational strength, thoughtful approach, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Yaiza brings clarity, structure, and dedication to every stage of the architectural process. Her passion for architecture, combined with a strong understanding of project management and client relations, continues to drive the successful delivery of distinctive residential projects.
