Extension of existing house and amalgamation of commercial adjacent property
The brief for the house was a full residential renovation including the demolition and extension of the commercial property next door . A complete reconfiguration of the two properties was required to create a new layout for a large family home, consisting of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
We achieved a much large property with an incredible flow of space. We developed the design brief working closely with the client to create a consistent flow throughout the new space tailored to the family specific requirements. We specified all finishes including new timber floor throughout, natural stone , new bespoke joinery with integrated lighting and also a new high specification AV system connecting all the lighting, blinds and music system.
