Reconfiguring the arrangement
The property was in a state that greatly required an update, and we were appointed to entirely refurbish this beautiful, terraced Knightsbridge townhouse. Recognising the potential of reconfiguring the arrangement of the property, we removed the existing kitchen units and the bathroom en-suites, replacing them with new suites.
By restoring the front façade in line with conservation regulations, along with redecorating the front door, installing state-of-the-art ironmongery, and refurbishing the front railings, we granted the property the first impression it truly deserved. To honour and maintain the authenticity of the townhouse, we installed timber panelling throughout the property in keeping with the character of the house.
